Canadian Tire

Originally known to only service tires, they are still able to give you a competitive deal.

If you conduct some research, there are cheaper stores out there.

Tire 4 U

Cheap. Only $50 to change all four tires. Before it was $45 and before that, it was $40.

I have hear many people had issues such as the bolts being too tight or lose. Don't bother with the nitrogen air, it is not worth the cost.

Premiere Fitness

Terrible.

Massive sales tactic to try and get you in one year gym membership and when you try to cancel, they will make it difficult.

If you were to call them up and ask for their prices, they will tell you it is their policy no to tell you over the phone. They will want you to come down and they will provide a personalized sales gimmick wasting your time before willing to tell you their prices which is highly negotiable.

They will ask for your credit card and ask for a one year commitment. I suggest to not give it to them. A credit card is very dangerous and not possible to cancel. You will keep getting charge until they cancel at their discretion.

Good Life

A profit based fitness centre. Although I still recommend YMCA, I have not heard anything bad from Good Life.

If you can get a lower monthly membership price and not have to commit, then Good Life may be the better choice.

YMCA

Non-profit facility that offers more equipment and incentives than any profit gyms. The staff are volunteers. So you won't get the salesperson telling to buy and never cancel.

TD Bank Every Day Chequing Account

TD Bank Every Day Chequing Account seems offer lowest minimum $2 500 to waive their fees, compared to all the bank accounts.

However, when I bank at TD, I had issues with their automated banking system that these Personal Reps do not care to investigate into. Another thing you will notice is that down town Toronto bankers work more professional and are more courteous than the ones outside down town.

RBC Insurance

Although reputable, it is too expensive. RBC gives their own employee a 29% discount on their insurance. No other banks does that!
