I chose this store because I saw a sign that they would take Passport Photos for less than $8. Only to discover the photo was rejected. It was deemed not clear enough. So I went back and asked for refund. They refused my refund, but offered to take another photo. So I took another photo and only to have it rejected it, again.

This store continues to provide Passport Photos and is still refusing refunds.
